Charlemagne Palestine
ここのところCharlemagne Palestineのレコードを購入している。
この方はピアノをトリルのようにたたき続け、その残響を聴かせるような演奏で有名なのですが今回購入した二枚とも電子音というかノイズと言うか持続音、それもかなり小さい変化が続くと言う内容なのだが、聴いていくうちに最初は気づかない細かい変化が見えてきてそれが美しく思えてくるのだ。
「いきつくところ」
そんな感じの音楽です。

2008年にパリのポンピドゥーセンターで行われたイベントの音源を収録したLP。ピアノの演奏ではなく怪しげな音色のサイン波が延々と続く麻薬的ドローン作品。片面LP、限定500枚。
